Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows up to 14 days to return a product for a refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs associated with your return. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for any item(s) that we don’t receive.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

• Shipped after the 14-day grace period

• Not returned in their original condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of its arrival. You’ll also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the purchase price will be returned to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed after we’ve received it.

Made-to-Order Items

Please note that made-to-order or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described. This includes any product that is customised or specifically created to your order.

We recommend double-checking all details before placing your order, as we’re unable to accept returns for these bespoke pieces due to change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect information provided.
